If cancelled by customer
We understand s**t happens, so we have drafted a cancellation policy to keep the both of us covered for those unfortunate circumstances.
The below terms apply only if a minimum of 30% of the amount has been paid in advance.
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, the participant will be returned 70% of the booking amount paid if cancelled on or prior to 60 days of the departure date of the tour.
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, the participant will forfeit the entire booking amount paid if cancelled between 59 and 1 day(s) before the departure date of the tour.
If Cancelled by company
All our tours are meticulously planned and executed. It is highly unlikely that we change or cancel tours from our end unless there are a Force Majeure* incidents. In case of such unfortunate events, the company reserves the rights to cancel the tour/suggest alternate dates/change itinerary as deemed fit. The participant, in case of such events, will have to bear any additional costs that might be incurred.
*Force Majeure event includes but not limited to events beyond the control of the company like floods, landslides, earthquakes, arson, political unrest, embargo, terrorist attacks, government lockdowns, riots
