Nomad’s Camps

Day 1 : Arrivals, Mishaps & Camp Mayhem

3:00 PM: Arrive, ditch the city shoes, and sip on our welcome drink.
3:30 PM: Quick round of hellos, a tour of the campsite, and a safety talk so no one burns their eyebrows off.
4:00 PM: Tent-pitching time! Aka the ultimate parent-child trust exercise. Expect confusion, mild swearing, and eventual pride.
5:00 PM: Snacks are out! While the little ones go foraging for fire wood, you can either wing it along with them or get chopping with the team.
6:15 PM: We split into teams, get prepped for dinner, and light up the grills. Kids learn to start fire under adult supervision.
7:00 PM: Parents take over the cookout. Think open flames, questionable seasoning choices, and exaggerated chef talk.
8:00 PM: Time to eat like you earned it. Good food, better stories, and a proud moment to serve that thing you accidentally burnt but are now calling “smoky.”
9:30 PM: Campfire bonding: stories, games, maybe some harmless roasting of marshmallows, and also each other.
10:30 PM: Lights out. Retire for the day or spend some time stargazing.

Day 2 : Scavenger Hunt, Hike & Farewell

6:30 AM: Rise and shine! Beverages appear magically. Pack up your sleeping gear.
8:00 AM: Scavenger Hunt kicks off! Go wild with your kid looking for nature-y stuff.
9:00 AM: Hunt ends. Breakfast and bragging rights all the way. We debrief, cheer.
9:45 AM: Breakfast time—slow, chill, and deserved. Bonus points if your kid eats without negotiation.
11:30 AM Time to head home — muddy, mildly feral, and with a bag full of memories.

An advance of 100% payment has to paid to confirm your experience with us.
You will receive a confirmation message over email and Whatsapp after a successful booking

Cancellation Policy

7 Days before the start of the trip- Get a refund with 10% cancellation charges
4- 6 days before the start of the trip- Get a refund with 50% cancellation charges
0-4 days before the start of the trip- No refund

Rescheduling Policy

Allowed only when cancelling within the 03 to 06-day window before the trek, It is strictly not permitted on the day of departure or the day before
Rescheduling requests will be accepted and processed until 3 months from the original booking date. Any rescheduled trip must occur within this 3 month window

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on the departure day without prior communication will lead to forfeiture of the entire booking amount
