Day 01

6:00 a.m - We meet at Parle Toll. Sleepy faces, hot chai, and that quiet hum of engines waiting to wake up the day.
7:30 a.m - 8:30 a.m: Quick pit stop at Dhruvathaare for breakfast. Idlis, coffee, and some overconfident talk about how this drive’s going to be a smooth one. (It won’t!)
2:30 p.m p.m: Roll into our off-the grid-campsite. The phones go silent and wild takes over. We shall have our lunch at the property.
4:00 p.m Time to slow down. Settle in, stretch, breathe, maybe just sit with a cup in your hands and give in to the call of the wild
6:00 p.m: Fire, food, and stories. We roll up our sleeves and get the grills going and start off with a camp-cooking sesh under the open skies. Fine-dining is never gonna be the same for you from here on!

Day 02

7:30 a.m: Breakfast and a short briefing of what's to come. Today’s the day the trails test your patience and your tyres.
8:30 a.m: Trail circuit time. Mud, climbs, slippery bits, and the kind of turns that make you wish you’d paid more attention to the spotter. Somewhere along the way, you realize this isn’t about skill — it’s about rhythm.
1:30 p.m: A trail-side lunch picnic. Laughter, recovery stories, and that moment when you look around and think,“Yup, this is exactly where I’m supposed to be.”
2:30 p.m: Come back to the campsite and recuperate for yet another laid back evening.
4:00 p.m - 9:00 p.m: Evening high-tea followed by a catered BBQ dinner. A perfect end to a tiring yet rewarding day.

Day 03

8:30 a.m: Breakfast, one last round of photos, and insider jokes. The road back home feels
different now, but only until the next time!

Payment Policy

● An advance of 30% of the total sale value has to be paid to confirm your participation in the tour

● The remaining 70% of the total sale value has to be cleared by the participants at least 15 days before the scheduled departure date that the participant has opted for

● Failure to adhere to the above-mentioned policies might result in the cancellation of your booking

Cancellation & Refund Policy

● A participant is eligible for only a 50% refund of the amount paid if he/she cancels the tour 30 days before the scheduled departure date of the tour

● A participant forfeits 100% of the amount paid if he/she cancels within 30 days of the scheduled departure date of the tour

● Nomadic Soul Adventures LLP will hold the right to cancel/reschedule the tour in case of unforeseen circumstances like government lockdowns, inclement weather, civil unrest and other acts of god. In such cases, the participants will be issued a voucher equivalent to the amount paid that can be redeemed against any future tour/experience hosted by Nomadic Soul Adventures LLP. These vouchers will be transferable in nature under extraordinary circumstances. A monetary refund will not be issued under any circumstance
