Day 1 Kodagu Arrival
We commence our journey to Kodagu early from Bengaluru and check-in to Kodagu's first sustainability-focused backpacker's hostel for our stay and experience their unmatched hospitality and plush bunks! The rest of the day is spent indulging in insightful sessions and experiences like a workshop on mountain manners, composting, a sunset picnic at a secret location and a music jam.
4:00 a.m - 5:00 a.m : Pickup from designated points and drive towards Kodagu
10:00 a.m - 11:30 a.m : Check in to the Hostel, freshen up and eat breakfast
11:30 a.m - 1:30 p.m : Workshop on trail ethics, etiquettes, wilderness survival basics by a Certified Mountaineer
1:30 p.m - 3:30 pm : Lunch followed by rest
4:00 p.m - 7:00 p.m : High tea sunset picnic at a hidden location
7:30 p.m - 9:30 p.m : Music night followed by dinner
Day 2 Trek Day
We spend this day trekking through the elevated coffee farms, wild forests, gazing upon vast grasslands, and observing the diverse flora and fauna of the Western Ghats.
4:00 a.m - 5:00 a.m : Wake up call, breakfast and proceed towards Kote Betta base.
6:30 a.m : Start the trek from Kote Abbi Falls after picking up packed lunch
8:30 a.m : A short break
10:00 a.m - 11:00 a.m : Reach summit, explore an ancient Shiva temple and eat packed lunch
11:30 a.m - 2:00 p.m : Start descending back to base
2:00 p.m - 3:00 p.m : Wash your tiredness away in Kote Abbi stream
4:00 p.m - 11:00 p.m : Start your journey back to Bangalore and drop off at designated points
Things To Note
We are intolerant towards littering and the usage of single-use plastic. Kindly carry reusable things to avoid trashing your travel.
In the case of traffic delays or breakdowns, expect a little delay in reaching the destinations

Payment Policy
● An advance of 100% payment has to paid to confirm your experience with us.
Cancellation Policy
● A participant is eligible for a 90% refund of the amount paid if he/she cancels the tour 07 days before the scheduled departure date of the tour
● A participant is eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid if he/she cancels the tour between 06-03 days before the scheduled departure date of the tour
● A participant forfeits 100% of the amount paid if he/she cancels within 30 days of the scheduled departure date of the tour
● Nomadic Soul Adventures LLP will hold the right to cancel/reschedule the tour in case of unforeseen circumstances like government lockdowns, inclement weather, civil unrest, unable to meet minimum required participants and other acts of god. In such cases, the participants will be issued a voucher equivalent to the amount paid that can be redeemed against any future tour/experience hosted by Nomadic Soul Adventures LLP. These vouchers will be transferable in nature under extraordinary circumstances. Monetary refund requests under such circumstances will be honoured within 10 working days.
