Day 1 Wild Arrival & Prep

05:00 a.m: Time to bust out of Bengaluru!
08:00 a.m: Self-sponsored breakfast (as fancy or bizzare as you like!)
10:00 a.m: Check-in, splash some water on your face, and get ready to rumble!
11:30 a.m: Survival 101 with our pro mountaineer. Important stuff.
2:00 p.m: Feast mode ON! Let’s chow down before we crash for a quick recharge.
4:30 p.m: Sunset picnic by a hidden stream. Shh... it’s just for us!
7:30 p.m: Tunes & Grub. Let’s make some memories (and some noise)!
10:00 p.m: Lights out, sleepyheads. Big day tomorrow!

Day 2 The Tropical High

04:00 a.m: WAKE-UP CALL! Get up, gear up, eat up!
06:30 a.m: Meet our local hero and start the long uphill walk from Kote Abbi Falls.
10:00 a.m: Summit time! You made it! High fives all around.
11:00 a.m: Time to bring out your knee guards and head back down.
12:30 p.m : Break for lunch under the trees
02:30 p.m: Back to base. Cap it off with a dip in the Kote Abbe Stream – think of it as a natural spa. Post-dip pack up and high-tea.
04:00 p.m: Begin the return journey to Bengaluru.

Things To Note

We are intolerant towards littering and the usage of single-use plastic. Kindly carry reusable things to avoid trashing your travel.
In the case of traffic delays or breakdowns, expect a little delay in reaching the destinations

Payment Policy

An advance of 100% payment has to paid to confirm your experience with us.
Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment. Refunds or changes are not permissible unless cancellation or rescheduling is done according to the stipulated policies.

Cancellation Policy

07 Days before the start of the trip- Get a refund with 10% cancellation charges
03 - 06 days before the start of the trip- Get a refund with 50% cancellation charges
0-3 days before the start of the trip- No refund

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests will be accepted and processed until 3 months from the original booking date.
Any rescheduled trip must occur within this 3-month window.

Additional Policies

Nomadic Soul Adventures LLP will hold the right to cancel/reschedule the tour in case of unforeseen circumstances like government lockdowns, inclement weather, civil unrest, unable to meet minimum required participants and other acts of god.

In such cases, the participants will be issued a voucher equivalent to the amount paid that can be redeemed against any future tour/experience or properties hosted by Nomadic Soul Adventures LLP. These vouchers will be transferable in nature under extraordinary circumstances (natural disaster, health emergency, shifting of residences etc). Monetary refund requests under such circumstances will be honoured within 10 working days.
